Are You Looking for More Joy & Less Stress?

Host memorable mini-retreats featuring engaging, inspiring and interactive “retreat” workshops from the comfort of your home or community space and enjoy fun evenings shared together! 

Grab yourself, your partner, your family members (minimum age 16), your besties or your local community group buddies, and join others from all over in absorbing MORE JOY, LESS STRESS into your life.

Classes run twice a month, midweek evenings. Choose from your favorites or make attending the twice monthly program part of your stellar Self-care habit!

No writing experience needed. You just need a journal, a writing surface, a pen, (maybe a glass of wine, a candle and some of your favorite snacks!), and a comfy chair.

“Doors” open @ 5p.m. for entry and pre-class socializing, “doors” close at 5:25 and class starts at 5:30. It is recommended to run your retreat a half hour (or more!) past class end (8:30ish) and extend the Joy high by journaling or sharing the class revelations with your retreat-mates even further.

Ticket prices are $40 per person and can be purchased on EventBrite. Anne will be using Google Meet to stream the classes. All you need to do it copy and paste the meet code (provided to you after payment on EventBrite) into your browser! No apps needed.

Sales of tickets close a week before class date and are nonrefundable. No entries permitted once sales window closes.
 

Technical difficulties due to unpredictable local issues or weather may result in a class getting rescheduled, (usually within a week) particularly during wintertime. In these rare instances, tickets get transferred to the new date or a different class, whichever you prefer.
